Fabrication
BHS operates a 55,000 square foot, modern and well-equipped fabrication facility in Medicine Hat, Alberta to meet the growing needs of our clients and to ensure on time delivery to our customers.
In addition to BHS Tank manufacturing, we provide structural steel fabrication. As custom fabricators, our key services include custom bending, shearing, and welding to construct a wide variety of projects. The facility is equipped with multiple 5 and 10-tonne overhead cranes with a 22’ hook height and 18’ x 22’ overhead doors. BHS can provide very competitive pricing on all structural models including steel storage bins, steel tank supports and all purpose rig mats.
BHS Fabrication has a high quality, state-of- the-art paint booth specializing in customized industrial coating and finishing. We are also equipped with a state-of-the-art, high quality sandblasting booth capable of handling a variety of blast media.
BHS is also a leader in design, fabrication and installation of chemical storage and injection skids. Our unique design includes a full weatherproof secondary containing “envelope”. This design ensures that year round precipitation cannot be contaminated by the stored and pumped chemical, thereby eliminating hazardous material handling and associated costs.
We are committed to client satisfaction and quality workmanship. In order to meet the highest standards, our facility has acquired the following certifications: CWB approval and pending Boilers Branch approval. We have CWB approved welders and pressure welders on staff.
